We have acted as Employer’s Agent/cost consultant on numerous housing schemes for Local Authorities and Housing Associations. We have also acted as contract administrator/quantity surveyor on a number of student accommodation projects, both new build and conversion of former office buildings.
We have also regularly acted as Bank Monitoring Surveyor for small to medium-sized housing developments.
