KSP is an independent firm of Chartered Quantity Surveyors based near Fareham, Hampshire. We are regulated by the RICS. We have provided Quantity Surveying services for nearly 50 years to a wide variety of Clients in different sectors.

We are proud of our traditional Quantity Surveying values, but we understand the changing requirements and challenges of the construction industry and provide Employer’s Agent services on a variety of Design and Build projects, as well as regularly acting as Project Managers and Contract Administrators for our Clients.

We mainly operate in the counties of Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, West Sussex and Surrey, but have been commissioned on projects in places as far afield as Redruth, Haverfordwest, Liverpool, Preston, Hull and Norwich.
